Premium Inspections Inc. is a professional residential and commercial inspection firm employing highly trained, Illinois Licensed, and insured home inspectors.  We are a group of professionals that have gone through extensive training to become inspectors and have specialty training in several fields of inspection.  All of our inspectors posses other licenses and certificates of testing, inspection, and maintenance.

The Company does not offer inspections as a sideline or as a way to obtain work in other areas.  No design, replacement or repair-work is performed by the corporation or the Inspectors, for example.  Inspection work is our focus, allowing us to remain un-biased and independent.

Included in all inspections is a computer generated full narrative and summery report organized in a hard bound binder which includes pictures of the House and a sampling of discrepancies.  Excluding the Pre-Listing and Mold Sampling inspections also include The Home Owners Manual- A 95 page booklet that describes and diagrams the various systems of your home and how it may operate.  The report is delivered on site at the end of the inspection so that an informed confident decision may be made.  A summery report (with authorization of the client) may be faxed or e-mailed immediately to an attorney or realtor.
