  3. We complete your inspection and include : a full narrative computer generated report and 25 copies of The Summary report to be distributed to potential buyers when showing the home.

  4. You authorize us to answer any questions about the home to potential buyers.

  5. After the offer is made, We can perform an optional home walk through with the buyer. This will familiarize them with the home and will include the Home Owners House Manual.
